A defective appliance can often be repaired. In our workshops, our specialists will find the defect and rectify it for you. The specific expertise and extensive experience of our workshop team ensure high-quality repairs.

The repaired appliances then undergo strict quality control and functional tests before they are returned to their place of use. If a repair is no longer worthwhile, we will dispose of it professionally. With the advance recycling fee (ARF), the costs for this are already paid at the time of purchase.

Our workshops not only repair appliances, but also add specialties to them. For example, we equip air conditioning units with heat recovery for domestic hot water for an even better energy balance. Or we can install a water cooling system for outdoor units if they have to be installed inside listed buildings. We modify appliances from the comfort range for cellar cooling. We make all customizations for our own range and for resale.
