The adiabatic MC humidification system is suitable for installation in air channels or for direct humidification. It is ideal for the humidification of medium-sized to large industrial facilities with substantial air volumes. Nozzles vaporize a water / compressed air mixture into fine aerosol mist. This is quickly absorbed by the air and lowers the air temperature. Therefore, the MC system can also be used for cooling purposes.
The unit can be operated with normal tap water or de-mineralized water. De-mineralized water reduces the amount of dust particles in the air, lime deposits and the number of maintenance operations for the nozzles.
The MC system operates with compressed air which is supplied by an external compressor that has to be provided by the customer.
