The humiFog unit is available with 100, 200, 320, 460 and 600 kg/h capacities, in individual or multizone versions. A special pump pressurizes the water and vaporizes it into a fine and homogenous mist using stainless steel nozzles. The pump can be supplied in the brass, stainless steel and silicon free version, essential for painting applications. In contrast to classical air water vaporization systems the humiFog system neither requires compressors nor compressed-air lines.
Another important field of application is adiabatic cooling: humiFog systems humidify and cool air down by 10°C. To guarantee trouble-free operation we recommend the installation of a reverse osmosis plant.
