The direct-fired hot air heating system is a fast and economic heat source. It generates heat immediately after it has been switched on as it does not require a carrying medium such as hot water. Therefore, it is also protected from frost damages.
Hot air heating systems of this kind distribute the air via a discharge hood with air distribution louvers or via supply and return air channels with diffusion grilles.
They are particularly suited for use in spaces which do not have to be permanently heated: in garages, production and manufacturing shops, warehouses but also in hothouses, exhibition halls and multi-purpose halls etc. They are also ideally suited for retrofitting.
The heart of our air heaters are high quality heat exchangers made from fire-resistant materials and designed according to the latest findings. Optionally, a corrosion-resistant combustion chamber heat exchanger unit is available which provides constant regulation of the supply temperature. Another option is a multi-stage or modulating burner control.
The air heaters have been tested by the Swiss fire insurer association VKF and can be installed at any place where no combustible material is stored or processed, i.e. mainly in warehouses, production and manufacturing shops.
An efficiency factor of over 93% guarantees energy-efficient operation.
You can decide freely because our hot air generators can be equipped with all oil or gas burners which are approved in Switzerland. They are also suitable for use as ventilation systems as they support recirculation mode, fresh air or mixed air mode and can be adapted to meet architectural requirements.
