With the wide range of Krüger services and products it is not a given that the customer receives competent service in every area. However thanks to specialised personnel, our customers will find a qualified contact partner in every sector.

In order to maintain the high level of our services, the employees are regularly trained and given further training at our training centre in Degersheim. We are also happy to pass on knowledge to our customers and partners, whether at seminars, information events or in the form of specialist talks.

To us customer proximity means: decentralised organisation with comprehensive storage at every location. In this way the delivery and travel times are decreased. Therefore we are in a situation to actively help within a short time with specialists and the appropriate materials, at any of our locations in Switzerland. For large scale operations e.g. large scale storm damage, devices and employees from the neighbouring branches will also be included.
